I used to not be comfortable with combining red, blue and white in an ensemble because I’ve always been afraid of looking like a country flag. So, here I am trying it out and actually loving it!!! I know you are all thinking it’s already past the Fourth of July… but whatevs 😛
Yay for the weekend! I regrettably haven’t blogged in awhile all due to the stress that mid-year exams bring. Believe me when I say the past two weeks have been hell for me 😦 Well, now that’s all done… PARTY! PARTY! 😀 Unfortunately, the flu decided to pick on me so no party for poor stressed out AJ 😦 Nonetheless, here’s a cheery bright number for you all.
Have you ever had the dilemma of having this really pretty dress but you can’t seem to find the right occasion to wear it? 😦 Well, this bodycon dress is the perfect example. I’ve had this for quite some time now but it’s been slumbering in my wardrobe ever since. Well the waiting took it’s toll on me, so when another one of my “Beauty Queen Duties” event came up, I decided to wear it no matter what! 🙂 And since it was a day event, I experimented to make it lean on the casual side.
This was during the Filipino Fiesta in Morwell, Victoria last November that I attended as part of my beauty queen duties (I still blush and giggle every time I say/type that 🙂 tihee). Moving on, I decided to take this corporate chic dress out for a spin, but translated it into “AJ Language” 😀
